Love is true not a myth

Some say love

Doesn’t exist

They say it’s not true

They say it’s a myth

But that’s not possible

I know for a fact it’s true

Never have I felt for another human being

The way I feel for you

So I do believe that love is real

But for me there are two different kinds

Of coarse there is the emotion that many experience

But love is also an action; to this many are blind

We can say and think all that we want

But I believe that just makes love a word

You need to do and act out your love

You need to be seen not just heard

Give them gifts

Just for the heck of it

And be there for them to

Take care of them when they are sick

Hold their hand while

You are walking down the street

And after that long walk

Offer to massage their feet

So baby I do love you

Anyone who says otherwise is absurd

And hopefully I prove it through my actions

And not just by my word

But I think this wait of

Eternity is a pretty good start

Of showing that I love you
