Gods Voice

I long to hear your voice

Yours and only yours

Im in a crowd

And I can’t distinguish your sound

I want to calm the monkeys in the tree

But it’s hard when pandemonium is your life

I need to hear your voice

If only you would talk

Or if you are, I could understand your words

And know that it’s from my lord

Father please subdue my ears

With the sound waves of your mouth

I want to do as you say

But how can I when I cant here you

God speak to my soul!
